PRIVACY POLICY.

Effective September 28, 2026. This policy explains how Beat The Bookie uses information provided through this site.

Information collected

New signup collects your name and phone number. We generate a private access code and store only its protected verifier. Older accounts may also retain their email, username, and protected password verifier. We also keep account sessions, pass and payment status, posted support messages, and records needed to provide access. The site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. We also use a visitor cookie to count page views and active visitors. For owner-only traffic analytics, we record pages viewed and approximate city, region, and country derived from the visitor’s IP address; we do not store the raw IP address in the analytics tables. Traffic history is displayed for five Central Time calendar days and older records are deleted during subsequent visits or dashboard use.

How it is used

We use this information to provide accounts, Cheap Play and paid access, process purchases, respond to support requests, and protect the service. Card checkout is handled by Stripe, which collects payment details on its checkout page.

Sharing and storage

Service and payment providers may process information needed to host the site and complete payments. BTB does not display customer contact details publicly. We keep account and transaction information as needed to run the service and handle billing or legal obligations. No online service can promise perfect security.

SMS consent and privacy

Updated October 15, 2026. We record your optional SMS account-notification choice, phone number, timestamp, signup source, and the version of the consent wording. Creating an account or buying a package alone does not provide SMS consent. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except providers necessary to deliver the messaging service. You can withdraw consent by replying STOP to a message or contacting Support.

Your questions

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of account information, send a message through Support. Some transaction records may need to be retained. See the Terms.
